i have a 4" model 13 sb, bull barrel...bla bla bla......it is the magnum version of the model 10.

anyway, for the life of me, i cant keep it from getting rusty......

i oil it, and wipe it down when i can, but this is my wifes house gun, so its not on my priority list for everyday chores...except ensuring it is loaded, secure, and ready.......

if i could trade it for another k frame .357 in s.s id do so, but i doubt id have any takers, so i will probably have to have it chromed or something.....

who do you use, as in who has already done over your guns with a great rust resistant finish that i dont have to sell blood to pay for?

if you know of somebody in east alabama or west georgia that be great, otherwise i will ship it....

thanks.

Ford's did all three of these.....matched my HP perfectly to the deep black it had...the 442 and P7 are hard chrome....and they are one of the few chromers who can do aluminum....

Just one suggestion: Accurate Plating & Weaponry is located in AL but they've done top-notch work for me in the past.
And you gotta love a company whose site mentions making a "single-shot nine-iron" some day. I'm not a golfer, but I get the joke. ;)
I'm another member who appreciates these suggestions; thanks for the links. I've bookmarked a bunch of them. Hadn't heard of CorrosionX until today.

try using BreakFree. It's all I use and haven't had a blued gun develope rust in 30 years.
