Who has blue hulls?

I need some blue shotgun shells for some wedding decorations coming up this spring. My future daughter in law wants to make some (spelling?) boot-in-ears. Something like that.
Just wonder who makes 12 gauge with blue hulls.
I always use Win AA, and haven't seen blue.
Any help would be appreciated.

But that was a long long time ago.

I'll check my stash, but it is very unlikely I still have any I didn't toss years ago.

Might have to get busy and rattle-can paint some red ones?

Federal's Tactical slugs use blue hulls.

Estate or federal has target loads with red, white, and blue hulls mixed in it. I've got a bunch of once-fired ones that I doubt I'll ever load if you want them.

I've got plenty of B&P hulls that are navy blue too if you need them. Probably have a couple hundred.
