If IWB, I'd say use 11:00, and at a tilt...makes it a LOT easier to tie a shoe that way...and, makes for a nice dramatic sweeping Cross Draw if called for.

Frame says "MADE IN USA" on it...???

I would guess it started life as a regular revolver shotgun and was cut down and modded, any idea which company made the reciever? IIRC Russia makes a pistol revolver shotgun, for door entry I think.
