Why are my groupings out of proportion

Subsonic ammo is more susceptible to the influence of the wind.

Well, aside from wind and possible issues with dropping from super sonic to transonic there's no possible gun related reason for the groups to be bigger than 4x what they are at 25. So if you can't make it so you get 4x size groups on a calm day and with subsonic ammo then there's only one possible cause left......

Have one of the people who you say shoots better shoot your gun with your ammo on your rest. If they shoot 4x, then it is you. If they shoot 8x, then maybe it is your set up or wind or ammo. Are you using the same rest and bench as them? Either way, I think your groups are great.

Nobody tried with my rifle, but that is a good idea that I will make work of.

Try some hi-vel loads & make sure you're steady off your rest.
Just see if there's any difference.

It could be a difference in ammo, or things like twist rate and velocity. 22 LR is difficult to stabilize beyond short range and how some ammo acts from gun to gun is different.

We shoot steel plate out to 240yds. A group of 4x your 25yd group size while physically make sense isn't how it works in the real world. Too many factors come into play, AIMING accuracy, scope parallex, wind...I can shoot one ragged hole at 50, at 75 it starts to open up, at 100 it's usually 1-1/2" for 5 shots, at 200 it's closer to 5".
