People who are incarcerated should not have access to firearms while they are locked up.

Can we not agree that there are some people who should not have access to firearms?

All felons, whether violent or not (most are not, lol) are forbidden from firearm use through the 1968 gun control act, which was copied almost verbatim from the 1938 Nazi Gun Control Act. But don't worry, even non felons will fall into this prohibited category eventually. I think we can all agree that no one should own firearms if the government says so.
