I bought my Winchester 1200 at a pawn shop for $59. It was in rough condition with the wood waterlogged. It has made an excellent HD weapon. In my opinion, the only drawback to the Winchester 1200 is the two and 3/4 chamber. For HD, this did not make a difference, since I use low recoil buckshot anyway, a two & 3/4 shell. On a skeet/trap gun, it might make a difference, I don't shoot clay pigeons, so I don't know.......
That being said, the shotgun in question looks to be in absolutely pristine condition, and should easily be worth $150. Excellent examples go for $200. If it's not suitable for your intended use though, you might loose $50 trading it in on another one as the dealer will give you about half that.

Picked up the 1200 today. Gun is in great shape. There are a couple of spots on the barrel that are slightly pitted. Any idea how to remove the pitting? Action is slick as butter and wood is nice and deep, no real dings or scratches. Now I just need to get out to the range and shoot some clays.

Good shotgun, looks great and it should last you for awhile. My 20ga trap gun is a 1200. From the looks of it, it's almost hard to believe it would have pits but I'll take your word for it. Are they on the inside or outside of the barrel?
