I have a Winchester 1300 Defender. Pretty good gun, has taken me through classes and matches. I had an extra RDS so I thought I might put in on the gun. I bought an Aimtech Black Scope Mount For Winchester 1300. It slips over the top, you take out the trigger group pin, put in theirs and a couple of other screws to hold it in place. However, they supplied an Allen wrench which did not fit their bolts. Duh, now I have plenty of Allen wrenches, but there is a chin strap that attaches under the receiver. It is not wide enough by far to slip over the receiver and their rail. If you hammered it into place (sees like a bad idea), it would probably splay open and its bolts wouldn't fit. Bah - have to send it back.

An search on company doesn't look hopeful and unfortunately, I'm being the 30 return window from the vender.

Any know of another easy slip on rail for the 1300 Defender - I found this one at Optics Planet - https://www.opticsplanet.com/sun-optics-shotgun-saddle-mounts.html

Or another company? Didn't see much on searching.

Thanks.
