Rebuilding a Winchester 425. The stock turned out good. The rifle was a basket case, so a complete tear down and rebuild was in order. a heavier spring was installed to boost the fps. The rifle was a low power youth rifle shooting in the mid 400's with the new it's at lower 500's.
I've read those ball bearing triggers can be tough to work on. I have a Diana 27 .22 (think it's the same) that's close to basket case (got it in a trade where I got the messy end of the stick).
