I am looking at a Winchester 94, manufactured in 1939, but can't find any data on it in the Blue Book. What am I missing? The listings go to the "early 30's", then end till 1940. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks, Lee Davis

You would help yourself with this thread with a couple photos and a serial number range.
The records from 1943 to 1948 are missing for model 94s. I think they had a fire during that period.

1937 ended with number 1,100,679.

1938 ended with number 1,100,915.

1939 ended with number 1,101,051.

1940 ended with number 1,142,423.

1941 ended with number 1,191,307.

1942 ended with number 1,221,289.

Remember they were also making model 64s from the mid 1930s until the 1950s. They were a modernized M-94.

you misunderstand

I don't want serial number info... I have plenty of that. What I would like to find out is the value of a 1936 or 1939 94 in the various grades. Does it equate to the values of a 1929? Or is it closer to a 1940? The Blue Book has a void from 1930 to 1939 where it lists no 94's at all.
