Winchester 94 Synthetic Youth

I was visiting my local shop yesterday and I noticed he had a synthetic youth model 94, it was topped with a Bushnell Banner scope. It really caught my attention because I'd never seen that model before. I've seen synthetic 94's but never a synthetic youth model. Anyone know much about these? Are they kind of rare? I couldn't find one on Gunbroker or Auction Arms, so I have no idea. It's looks to be in 95%+ condition so $350 OTD seems like a bargain and I'm sure my boy will appreciate it in a couple of years...
