I know this may be better placed in the Optics or accessories forums, but this section gets read more. I'm trying to find a way to get the app to work as it used to; it used to have a "Scope View" that would easily/quickly show bullet drop based on zero and actual target distance. It would let you change magnification, so you could, for example, see point of impact at 150 yds, if you had set a zero at 50, and zoom from 1x to whatever you want. You could choose a standard target, or a silhouette of a deer or coyote etc.
The new one doesn't have that scope view, and the target view seems completely useless.... I just set it to check 223 Remington USA brand 55gr FMJ, with a 25 yd zero and a target range of 750 yds, and it looks like bullet drop (the display on the target) in only to the 8 ring. I know in reality the drop would be way short in that scenario, and the old app would accurately display that.
