It's reported they will have UPS deliver a return label to your home the next day and pick up the ammo. You won't need to take it to UPS yourself.
They are offering a refund or replacement ammo. You will need to provide some information by email or by the form linked on the recall page so they can ship the replacement ammo to your home. They are expecting a turnaround time of about a week and a half.
I'm glad to hear they are offering replacement ammo. I wonder if they will throw in a little extra for your trouble. I won't find out first hand since all 3 of the boxes I have are safe. They are the correct Symbol Number but the wrong Lot Number...
If you have that ammo check it right a way. See the link for the location of the Lot Numbers. It's inside of the 1000 round pack in the left flap of each of the 2 smaller boxes inside.Winchester M-22
Symbol Number: S22LRT
Lot Numbers: GD42L and GD52L
Winchester has determined the above lots of 22 Long Rifle rimfire ammunition may contain double powder charges. Ammunition with double powder charges may subject the shooter or bystanders to a risk of serious personal injury and/or death, or cause firearm damage, rendering the firearm inoperable.
