Winchester Model 67 WITH Serial Number

I have recently inherited a collection of Winchester rifles. One of the guns in the collection is a Model 67 with a serial number that reads HCZ***. I have read that these rifles were manufactured without serial numbers unless they were being produced for foreign markets. I was thinking that this rifle may have been a training rifle or used in a youth marksmanship program because of the aftermarket Lyman sights and the single sling swivel on the forend of the stock. Any information that can be provided on this rifle would be appreciated.
