Winchester Model 77 .22 LR Magazine YIKES!

I picked up an Winchester 77 with a scope at an espate sale over the weekend but it was missing the magizine. I chwcked Fleabay and $88. These things must be more rare than hens teeth.

Had one as a kid. I've just not been willing to front the $$$$$$$$$$$$ to replace it!

I have paid more....I recently paid a shade over 200 bucks for a Remington Model 37 5 round mag.

I had a Model 77 as a teenager. Sold or traded it after the sheet metal op rod cracked after killing half the jack rabbits in the county with it.

Picked up another almost new one a few years ago trying to relive my youth.
Then bought two extra mags on Evil-Bay for $45 & $70+ Each.


Come to find out, the Model 77 wasn't quite as fine a rifle as I remembered it being in my youth!
(Pre-Ruger 10/22 & Browning SA-22 ownership.)

I think I sold the extra mags with the rifle, but will dig through the junque box and see?

If I still have them, they are yours, if you plan on keeping it?

Hell yes I plan on keeping it. Ive got up and coming grand kids so when I happen upon a .22 cal at an estate sale, I snap em up.

Well, I looked, and they aren't where I thought they should have been.

Couple more places in the basement I'll look for them tomorrow.

But I think I must have sold them with the rife????

(Memory is a bad thing to forget where you put it!).
