Just bought a gorgeous carbine in .30WCF manufactured in 1942. All bluing is still there, no wear around muzzle or front sight. Butt plate faded but little wear on bluing. Some marks on stock but nothing serious. No extra holes for any receiver sights. Totally unmolested and never owned by a bubba. Honest wear, shot little, good bore. $500.
i recently got a 94, pre crossbolt safety. at a gunshow from a dealer for 325$ id guess it at 80% condition. there were others there for 350$. it shoots very well.
I bought a very good condition pre-64 (1952) Win94 chambered in .32WS for $500 OTD. I am no expert...but I imagine that a excellent condition post-64 would cost a bit more than half the price of a same condition pre-64.
