Why does everybody seem to be forgetting that this was a case of an on-road altercation? These arguments about "telling somebody their gas door is open" are ignorant in this situation and don't apply. There was an on-road altercation between the two parties. They BOTH maintained close enough contact with each other to travel 41 exits down the road before they stopped. Neither one tried to leave the situation. One person left their vehicle to confront another. The other person fired on the person that initiated contact. Let the judge and jury sort it out with factual evidence, not with theories and OPINIONS as to why one should or shouldn't do what these persons did. This is so far off topic it's stupid, and the personal attacks of both Motorcycle riders and Conventional vehicle drivers are absurd. Bikers are pissed off about the term "motorcycle thug",and are condemning those that use it,then they come right back and use the term "cager" in reference to everybody that drives a conventional vehicle. This is about as non-highroad as it gets.I hate to see a THR member shoot down someone who gets out of the car to tell them that there gas tank lid is open
