Capitol City Rifle Club is holding a NRA Women on Target clinic on Saturday, Sept. 8th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The event is designed to give women a chance to learn about firearms in a safe, structured environment under the guidance of NRA instructors. We'll be offering instruction on pistol shooting, rifle shooting, and shotgun shooting (Trap). The focus is on the fundamentals of marksmanship with a strong emphasis on safety.
The event is free and guns, ammo, and targets will be provided by the club.
The CCRC range is at 1800 Germany Road, Williamston, Michigan. Take your best route to I-96 to Exit 117 (Williamston). Turn onto Williamston Road and head towards Williamston. Go through town and go about 4 to 5 miles. The sign for Germany Road is on the right and Germany Road itself is on the left. Turn left on Germany Road and the CCRC range is one mile down on the right.
