I think the OP was asking more about the WEIGHT of his 85B than about if it was good enough or reliable or not. Some of you have suggested the P-01 which is a polymer frame gun and quite a bit lighter. But that turns it into an apples and oranges comparison.
At least we all agree that the CZ's in any platform are good to go guns...
If I were allowed to carry I'd be more than happy to wear an 85b. As I suggested before wear it for a couple of weeks to see if you get used to the weight. If after that you find that it's too heavy and you're constantly adjusting the holster then perhaps shop for a regular size polymer frame CZ to go with your 85b. At least that way you can share magazines at the range or at matches and you'll get a much lighter gun to wear day to day to boot.
