It is the Street Sweeper shotgun reborn with a tiny grenade-in-a-12-gauge shell. Those would be pretty sweet in a 20 round drum in a Saiga. Though there probably be too much meat damage to mage a good hunting round

In the days when I earned my living as an 11B, that beast would have been a point man's dream come true. Though I wonder about the weight.
