WV or MD small bore pistol

Hey everyone i am looking for info on small bore pistol competitions in Eastern Panhandle of WV or Western MD. Any help would be great. Thanks

There's an Izaak Walton range in Jefferson County, WV but it's not open to the public and only takes new members once a year. There's also a range near Martinsburg somewhere but I've not been there.

What sort of competitions? I live in Harpers Ferry and belong to a club in Frederick. We have bullseye matches about twice a month and a rimfire league on Wednesdays. Also rimfire steel and silhouette matches.
