WW II German Guided Anti-Tank Missle?

I was looking at this sight last night and came accross this picture at 0:48 seconds. Anybody now what this is? All I could think of is it's a quided anti-tank missle. IIRC, Germany managed to deploy a missle for use against tans but it was too little too late. Any help is appreciated.

The link is not good but they did have MCLOS guided missiles that were launched from aircraft. The radio guided ones were prone to jamming but the wire-guided ones were probably resistant to that.
 
No, what I saw was a captured / destroyed Soviet BM-8 or BM-13 Katyusha field artillery rocket launcher with one dud rocket still on it.
