Right: Pocket folder, typically a Kershaw Leek, Avalanche, Spec Bump, or Needs Work. Change will also hang out here.
On rare occasions, I throw the Kahr MK9 into the right front or right rear pockets, such as when I'm working in the yard. The MK9 or PM9 (or MK40/PM40) is about the most versatile gun going - I use it for SmartCarry, pocket carry, and belt carry, and it could also be used for ankle carry.

The only constant is a Spyder Endura. Money in the right front when I have it, cell in the left front. No wallet, back pockets empty. My winter coat: Change and a Surefire 6P. Kleenex also, I hate New England. BTW I wear 5.11 "tacticool jeans" They've got the hidden pockets for a small auto, 2 mags, and handcuffs. Pretty cool, if you stand for a living. Personally, I like to sit down occasionally so I leave the pockets empty, but a great place to stash cash/id/etc in a jam. They are pretty low profile...if you remove the 5.11 tag from the back pocket. Well built and comfortable as well. A little bluer than the jeans I usually wear, but they fade with washing. The concealment pockets are pretty good for a quick once over, but wouldnt stand up to a pat down. For 40 bucks, comparable to my regular jeans, so I'd choose these anyday.

last night my wife ran my wallet through the washing machine, proved to be a poor time to have anything in my pockets. Since I loath to doing laundry I'm not complaining about it. I think she's daring me.
