I just started looking into reloading for the 30/30 Winchester. In my notes I found this recipe. 110 gr fmj - 36 gr of H335 - oal of 2.50. I can't remember where I got this recipe from. I can't find it again. Does this load sound about right? I'm only plinking with it. Just don't want to be unsafe. I want to know your thoughts on this load. I'm sure there are better loads out there. I'm curious about this specific one. Thank you.

Lyman #49 shows;
110 HORNADY JRN
OAL= 2.470".
H-335
Start = 34.0.
MAX = 37.6.

Hodgdon shows:
110 Speer JFP
2.415" OAL
H-335
35.0 Start.
38.0 MAX.

Thank you for the reply. I guess I need to start writing down where I get the info from.
