I'm not interested after owning an M70A 9mm that I would classify as garbage.

but, hey..... it was inexpensive garbage!!! My problem with mine is the damn clip that secures the slide stop keeps backing up and becoming un-clipped. Then the slide stop works itself loose until it ties up the gun. I gave it to my nephew, along with warnings about the problem. I paid less that $300 out the door for the damn thing anyway.....

I DO like the M57... The slide stop retainer clip should be an easy part to fix or replace... And,I DO like the current production safeties-not so much the location (slide mounted) but the fact that it's done as part of the production vs the "afterthought from the ATFingE" retrofit.
