No not really Mike. Still smarts. No one likes being ignored, wasn’t the first time either.Wow! Feel better Harvey?
Mike
what the heck is that thing in front of the nipple ?
I saw plans for a homebuilt muzzleloader fired by a model airplane glow plug. I don't recall if anything was said about lock time.
Wasn't there a commercial electri ignition job that flopped?
Woops, Works not Wirks.Just to add my 2 cents. I emailed Mike at Goons Gun Wirks, got a very quick response with his phone number. I called a day or two later and he explained that he was indeed swamped with work and it would be near the end of August before he saw some light. The conversation was very pleasent and he was fully honost with me. He said he would text me his address and he did as soon as we finished our conversation. World Class Customer Service is a motto he follows.
I highly suspect that there is something technically incorrect in this explanation ......That's the electronic ignition modulator unit.
When the hammer hits it, the ignition module delivers a spark into the nipple hole.
No percussion caps are needed to fire the gun.
