Patreon does not host videos per se, but they can be inserted from other sites. It's primary utility is in offering a base "salary" to creators. (Unlike YT, which will up and change monetization, or rates per view, or all manner of things.)
Utreon (note spelling) does host videos, and for free, but also offers "behind pay wall" content for creators who wish to have that sort of thing. Utreon has recently added Live streming, too.
Floatplane looked like a decent alternative, but, it turns out they have terrible uploading issues, perverse bandwidth issues, and are a pain to use as either a creator or a consumer. And, has no Featured Content or the like, so you'd have to blind search for content.
Rumble has seen steady growth. They are paying creators fairly and consistently. They are expanding their feature sets, too. They still do not have a good livestreaming (yet). For all their growth, they have not yet reached a tenth of the viewing audience of YT. And, they are the biggest other fish in the pond.
