No, but the rifle has a chamber cut to minimum spec.Have you ever had it stretch so much that it failed the case gauge or failed to chamber?
I also have a Norinco M305

If you're going to that level of effort you need to buy some VFG Bore pellets and the appropriate holder.Work shop really, but some reloading stuff goes on out there.
Dang barrel is finally clean, rough, badly fouled, took a lot of elbow grease and JB.

.
It's either been too cold, too windy or too messy to get to the range lately. So WHY do I keep making batch after batch of ammo that I may not get around to shooting for months?? It's a SICKNESS, I tell ya!!!!!

Great. Now you've given me yet ANOTHER caliber I'll have to load next week. Thanks a lot!!I'm thinking 38 Special will be next on deck to feed my 38 S&W Special K-38 Target Masterpiece, that has come full circle back to me from 1965!
Yeah, I was only 8 years old when my Dad sold it for $65.00.
Family heirloom......
So cool !!!
You are more than welcome! Thanks a lot!!
I had some Varget on hand so am trying that first. Hopefully will get a winner!Had really good luck with 44.4 of imr4895 and 44.8 of n135 with that bullet.

Yea, I was busy/lazy/didn't have the time/no excuse/let the bore get filthy, so I had a lot of scrubbing to do.If you're going to that level of effort you need to buy some VFG Bore pellets and the appropriate holder.
There are 2 types of pellets.
Regular felt and intensive.
This is the adapter that I prefer.

I've tried several ways to use JB, the pellets work real well, but I need more.

Sometimes autocorrect gives you gin. Sometimes autocorrect gives you gum.AUTOCORRECT!!! Pffft
I’ve got those to pull and a pile of brass to clean. Found a bunch of Norma headstamp. I use that for my “good stuff”.
Fortunately that isn't so, but I was worried about it when I shot a test group after the PRS match where I struggled so badly.that barrel is screwed
Wow! 1.9 SDFortunately that isn't so, but I was worried about it when I shot a test group after the PRS match where I struggled so badly.
Shot two good three shot groups in a light wind today. Nice SD too. Forgot to chrono the first three shots though, dang it.
Forgot to push "OK" the last time........SIgh....but at least I looked and didn't miss the last three. Whew, that was close.
Out of curiosity is Teslong sending you another 5mm mirror for your NTG 200H?Yea, I was busy/lazy/didn't have the time/no excuse/let the bore get filthy, so I had a lot of scrubbing to do.
