Did a little more digging. Full case name is Mance v. Lynch, No. 15-10311
Looks like Alan Gura is on this one now.

This is the latest I could find, from July. It is Mance V Lynch (was Mance v Holder), being appealed to 5th Circuit.

I saw a decent selection of bulk .22 at an LGS in SE PA. It was between $0.07 and $0.10/ round. I have enough that I didn't get too excited or buy any, but I was definitely pleased to see any in stock.

And there it is... NJ Supreme Court speaks:
The court issued an Order stating “This matter having been duly considered, and the Court having determined that Certification was improvidently granted; it is Ordered that the within appeal is dismissed.”...

Does the statutory requirement that an applicant for a permit to carry a handgun demonstrate “a justifiable need to carry a handgun,” N.J.S.A. 2C:58-4(d), violate the right to bear arms under the...
I forgot about the Pantano Case in the New Jersey Supreme Court. It looks like it might be argued soon (based on the cases granted cert around the same time). While I don't have a ton of faith in lower courts deciding this in our favor, I believe this would also be a short hop to the US Supreme...
