    I had a non-intentional discharge today

I never did get over my ND. It ruined shooting for me. I used to shoot three or four times a week. After that I have been to the range maybe 5 times in two years. Its just not fun any more. I hope this does not happen to you. Do a seach for my story here on THR. Mine was worse than...

    Busse SAR5 Mod (pic)

Scales come off in about 1 min. Just drill the tubes until the flairs spin off. Pry the scales loose and worry the tubes out of the handle. Easy as pie. Grinding off all that INFI by hand on the other hand was AWFUL.

Full height convex spine to edge by hand on stones  Sharpened and convexed swedge. Smoothed and slimmed handles. Added a Mineral oil saturated thin card stock spacer under handles to provide better bond and a moisture proof seal. Stainless removable screws and barrel connectors...

Kitchen CutleryWhat do you use, what would you use if you could?

Very frugal Dravur! On the other end of the spectrum I just took a 300 dollar Busse Skinny Anniversary Steel heart knife and reshaped the blade and handle by hand to make a kitchen knife. I think I spent more on sandpaper than you have on your Cutco's. LOL!!

Just some random Knifeage ( BIG PICS)

Sorry to say I got mad at HI and the HI forum and sold all my Khuks while I was having my little fit. Took a bath on them. Less resale value than spoiled milk.... :uhoh: But in search of the big chopper I found Busse. It's in a entirely different league. Busses really hold value too...

Just some random Knifeage ( BIG PICS)

That is a knife made for my wife by a custom maker in the UK. 3mm wide stock convex grind right into a edge. Takes a pretty patina and I keep the edge polished by stropping on 9000 grit sandpaper every couple of uses. Blade is about 3 /34 inches long. White Ivory Micarta handles with...
