    Four-Sevens just released a 350 (out the front) lumens light called the Maelstrom. All the reviews I've read have been positive, but I don't have one yet. AFAIK they do Chinese outsourcing but only for the main body tubes.

    Cz-452 Guntech- what parts on the CZ-452 are plastic? I have a lefty-American style and I can't think of any, even the magazine follower is metal IIRC. On topic: that sucks, why mess with success?

    You have to remind your "guns are only designed to kill" person that rapists, burglars, and tyrants are (biologically) people too. One cannot seriously insist that shooting a burglar and shooting a girl-scout are morally comparable.

    I'm thinking at least a grand, without magazines. The receiver looks like it would require a lot of machining, and the USD doesn't get you as much machining as it used to.

    AFAIK simple gun possession in IL without a valid FOID is a Class X felony, and thus subject to a mandatory minimum sentence, full-auto or not.
