Try laying gun on its left side. Put some oil on extractor and allow it to pool up and seep in. This cured a problem I had with my dao centurion and federal ammo. It has not had a problem since with the ammo or gun. Hope it helps

wildalaska i can also get a blued goldcup for the same price. iIt would cost me more later for the ambi and grips later,is it that much more accurate than a standard gov;t model? thanks to all by the way....This weapon is for range mostly but also for carry. I have a great Defender for carry.

there is slight pitting around the cylinder release. Or maybe peeling is the term. Is this anything to be concerned about?:)

I just saw a nickled 37 for 250 and is in about 97%. They sold the 642 was interested in. This 37 has very thin front sight and has an incredible action. So what is the consensus of the forum? Are they good or what?;)
