man just when I thought I didn't have any more questions another hits me.

I was having issues getting my primer arm to punch through the shell holder on my LCT and figured out I had the handle and the linkage on wrong. I moved the brass thing that holds the handle and it fixed it.

Now what I'm having issues with is my hand hits the safety prime when the handle is up-ram down. can I moved the brass and handle to where the handle doesn't go near the safety prime or could this mess something up? I would like for the handle ball to stop about 4 inches or so away from the safety prime.

the handle shaft is angled slightly specifically for this purpose. You can also slide the handle shaft so that it is shorter. Orient the handle so that it's not bumping anything.
Ez peezy.

Not only is the arm angled (bent) as mentioned above but you can shorten or extend it to wherever you want,

The longer it is you get a bit more leverage but shortening it a little bit is no big deal.

I'm tall 6ft6 so I like the longer handle my plan was loosen the bolt that locks the handle in the brass lock/hole and turn it away from the bench so instead of the handle sticking strait up and down it would be angled away from the bench more say 45 degrees away from the bench but I will try it like you guys said.

The problem I ran into with that steep of an angle (45 degrees with the bench) was at the bottom of the handle stroke, I was literally reaching under the bench to get the ram all the way to the top. I moved the rod up/down/forward/ backward until I found a happy medium that was comfortable.

I had the same problem with hitting the primer tray. I just put a little more bend in the handle. It took some work. That pipe is tougher than it looks.

As @splattergun noted, the handle already has enough of a bend in it. Just orient it with the bend @ 90 degrees to the right of the safety prime unit. It will give you enough room.
