Glocks are rifled. Polygonal rifling is still rifling.

If a Glock, H&K, etc. wasn't legally considered rifled, then they'd all be Title II "Any Other Weapons" in that they'd be smoothbore handguns.

Most modern barrels for handguns are rifled. I think (hope) you meant the length of a rifle barrel (16") vs lack of rifling = smoothbore

Nope. I meant the type of rifling inside a pistol barrel.
