Here is how I had my Glock done. To me it makes it the best defensive Glock you can have. If your interested in who done it for me send me a message and I'll tell you how to get in touch with him. When I got the Glock I took it shooting right away. Being 60 and bad eyes I was shooting better then I have shot in 30 years!!!!!! Let me know what you think of it. The sight is a fastfire

Derisive, divisive? Cool sight though. What does it take to drill and tap that slide?

That does not appear to be the case. It looks like his existing rear sight is still in the stock dovetail, and the slide has been milled down to mount the sight.
 
Looks a bit bulky for EDC, not to mention difficult to find a holster for. I prefer good ol' tritium.

I have seen them done with the sight base directly milled over the rear sight slot, set into the slide. I think I would like the look of that better than having the rear sight sitting behind the sight. As far as holstering, I think a Blade-Tech holster would give enough security/coverage, and leave the rear sight area clear. I would REALLY like a kydex holster that ALSO encloses the sight enough to shut it off while holstered (like the sight cover dies), and then the sight would become active (on) when drawn. Now THAT would be a setup!

My G19 w/J-Point. Not milled, but an Aristocrat dovetail mount. The mount has a small bit of windage adjustment, coupled with a .335 front sight mine does co-witness:

My 19 isn't too bulky for EDC.
 
Yep. They milled the slide in front of the dovetail and mounted the fastfire. That way they could use the dovetail for the rear suppressor sight. At first I had just the dovetail mount for the fastfire. Then I was thinking odds seem to favor what can go wrong will go wrong at the worst time. So I had the slide milled and added the iron sights. Just in case something would happen and the red dot goes out at the worst time I still have the iron sights to fall back on. Also many say that the iron sights also help picking up the dot faster. But with me even with the dovetail mount I could pick up the dot real fast. I just wanted all bases covered if something did go wrong when things went bump in the night
 
Raven Concealment

from Malabar Front... not as *bulky* The pic was taken last early May, and I now wear a Ares Gear belt instead of the Wilderness in the pic. I also have a Raven mag carrier worn on my left side when needed. The body shield works well to direct the gun into the holster.

Concealment will do basically the same thing. Your sight is in the dark (under you shirt or jacket), and will 'power down' to a lower level.
