Next revolver, 3" S&W 36 or 5" Police Positive Special

I took a closer look at the S&W mod 15 and found a nice piece at the gun show this weekend. This is a Mod 15-4 with the 4" barrel. It was a police duty revolver and shows some wear on the right side plate (possibly from a seat belt?). Anyhow, the action is very nice, I put 4 shots into 1 hole at 10 yards! I got it inside my budget to boot, $400 out the door.

That M15 is a perfect choice. They are great guns and they don't make them like that anymore.

A little wear, tear, and holster rubs, but no ring around the cylinder. Seems like carried much and used little. You did fine.

Good choice! I had a M15-2 4", but I made the mistake of letting my wife shoot it. It rather quickly became her M15-2.
