I know Penn Bullets makes 100g DEWC's I have a box on my bench. I shot some but don't remember the load (231/HP38 maybe) and I wasn't impressed with accuracy out of my revolver (bullet quality was excellent). I would call the bullet maker or the powder manufacture and ask their advice. - gene
I have a Dillon 650 with case feeder, a Lyman, Lee Classic, and an old Rock Chucker.
You can really crank out ammo with the 650, but they are pricey and do take some tinkering (I have overhauled mine twice in 20 years). It's a good machine and Dillon stands behind their product even if you...
"To my astonishment and suprise from the bottom of the box under the packing the ticket and $8 fell out!!!!!"
That sounds like Bob, really nice guy with quality products. Those 32's should shoot pretty good too. I'm loading them with AA#2 and Green Dot in my GP100. - gene
Bullseye is working for me in a RRA 1911. 8# recoil spring with 1 coil cut off.
2.9g BE with Penn 115g LSWC, CCI primers. I load as long as the chamber allows and taper crimp .376". Not a 50 yd load but works very well at 25 yds and in our indoor 50 ft. bullseye league. - gene

I have a C-More ST mounted in the rear sight slot of a 4" GP 100. I really like it for Bullseye shooting. What I like about it is it dosen't affect the balance of the pistol and it has a larger dot. I also have a C-More Railway mounted on a 4" Smith. I like both better than tubular scopes, but...

38 Super Fan,
They do make some fine pistols (RRA). I probably have around 60-70K through the 45 and gun is still tight and it still groups 1 5/8" @ 50 yds. Heard a rumor Chuck might start building Bullseye guns again.....hope so. I want another one! You couldn't go wrong with a Les Baer or Ed...
I really like this gun!
I am getting very good accuracy at 25 yards using either Federal 327 or 32 H&R brass with CCI small pistol primers, 115 g Laser Cast fp bullet and Green Dot powder (1.25"@ 25 yds). I am also getting good groups with Quality Cast 98g DEWC with AA#2 ( 1.125" @ 25 yds.) - gene
For me it's a 4" Colt 38 Special Diamondback smooth and dead accurate. Second would have to be my 4" GP 100 327 mag, because it points so well for me and I like the balance. I do have several S&W's and a couple of Dan Wessons. The Colt and GP100 are just my favorite and a "titch" more accurate...
Penn bullets are very hard to beat and Robert Palermo is more than helpful, be patient it is worth the wait.
If you're in a hurry try the following;
Quality Cast Bullets in Stow, Ohio makes an excellent 98 g DEWC try it with AA#2, Bob is super nice and quick to ship.
Laser Cast makes a...
