Does anyone know of a ruling from the ATF that specifically addresses what constitutes a "barrel" in regards to a pepperbox? Would, say, removing the barrel from a cartridge firing pistol now make it a "smoothbore" and under the ATF moniker an AOW? From there, what if the cylinder was say...
