Different brass has different capacities, and we load differently keeping this in mind. My question is that after full lenth resizing a previously neck sized round, is there a signifigant reduction in case capacity? Is it enought to slightly down load for?

Ive just cleaned up some new steel rings and mounts for my savage 10fp, and will install them soon. Do I need to worry about rust to the base or rings? I have a silicone impregnated cloth that I may use but I dont want to worry about rings coming loose.
