I noticed the other day that I had picked up a couple of thousand CCI magnum primers instead of the regular small pistol. I suppose I can use them in 9mm or .38 super and drop the load a couple of tenths (I don't load hot). Any tips or cautions? Thanks.

I don't see much about commander length 10 mm 1911's. It doesn't appear that you would lose much velocity (or gain much muzzle flash) with a 4.25" barrel, since a Glock 20 barrel is only 4.6. The weight should help offset the recoil more than a plastic frame. Any experience to share? I know...
