    Walkalong,Yeah the scope seemsreally good .Can I change reticles ,what about the knobs then.My Ruger Precision has a Vortex scope with MIL reticle and knobs.

    I have a Interarms Mark X 223.Im alittle confused on what ammo to use in this rifle.I just restored it as I got it from someone who used it as a "truck gun"and the synthetic showed it.If someone could list what grain and brands of ammo they have found worked well for them,i would appreciate it.

    Why does there seem to be shotgun hate?

    Shotguns are very viable weapons for home defense.I just think its difficult for the untrained person to acquire the dexterity to operate a pump action.Then there is the recoil and lower round count.Although if someone takes the time to see how the shotgun works they can definitely get good at it.
