I'm a member of the Kel-Tec Owner's Group, www.ktog.org . The belief is that KT may not have the money to get into a protracted lawsuit with Ruger.

A lot of people say the 380 craze started when Kel-Tec released the P3AT in '95 or '96. Note that this was long before the Little Copied Pistol.

The 938 is the 9mm, right? They also have a similarly named model which is a .380, I believe that's the 238, is that right?

IIRC the standard round for the Mak is 95 grns. I was told if you're going to use a heavier round, like the Bears, you should replace the spring so you don't beat on the frame.
