It's still a Knife Works exclusive - https://www.knifeworks.com/kw-exclusives/rskmk1g2.html. It's still being made in the USA, but it's now manufactured by Hogue. The blade steel is still M390, but the handle has been upgraded to 3D machined G10. It's quite a bit of knife for $153.

I picked up the new Gerber Kettlebell because it looked very similar to the CRKT Pilar which I like, but with a more pointed tip. It's a good design, but the manufacturing is horrible, and their customer service is non-existent. I'll never buy another Gerber product -
