The end of a Speed six, and Ruger CS.

Great stories, all. The fact they are true is great too! I have a Security Six born in '79, nice to know Ruger has great CS. Have a couple more contemporary firearms of theirs, good to know they're covered well.

    Really?

    SP101

Very nice emblem, meant something to someone at one time. I would choose the SP101 in 327 mag with Higher grips if I didn't already have a K6S.

    Preferred Woods Gun

I always take my stainless Security Six when camping. It's a tank, but we're in an RV on a lake mostly. The clothing I tend to wear will only hide my every-where-I-go P32. When I decided to walk woods, nature trails and greenways, my choice will be the K6S I am waiting on a holster for. Looking...

    Kimber K6s .357

The Hogues look good, looks like the hand is wellmprotected from the backstrsp - how is the shooting compared to the original grips? I know I want new/different grips, not sure if I want the walnut combat grips or the Hogues...

What is the last gun that you bought?

One of the latest ones... Actually, I have had this one a number of years. It goes camping mostly. And to the range - I love to shoot this pistol above all others. :):)

    What your "borrow it" knife?

I guess sardonic wit (sarcasm) doesn't come across well in print - the "Really" was as in "trying to improve on a Gibbs-ism?" S'ok, I'll save it going forward.

What is the most recent knife you bought?

I noticed that also, and I am hoping to find out the longevity of that edge is all that is said about it!

What is the most recent knife you bought?

Did I open the shipping box of the last knife I bought with the next to last knife I bought? Yes I did! Thanks @Tater&Egg for "egging" me on! o_O:confused: OOTB smooth, effortless flip open, solid lock, liner lock better than "just inside" the meat of the locking land, blade centered nicely, no...

Not so old, but classics nonetheless...

    What your "borrow it" knife?

Really?:rofl::rofl: I hunt alone, I always have way more blades than I need, and IF I hunted with someone, it would be a brother that I would have no problem loaning any of my blades to, any but the EDC pocket knife - it stays with me as my last ditch item.

    Another yard sale find

Very nice! I have one hereabouts (somewhere). The Ka-bar was presented to me when I EAS'd out of the Corps. The Case was a thrift store find. I actually like the Case a little better as a user, were I to do so, mostly because of the parked finish and already edged upper of the tip.

What is the most recent knife you bought?

The next to last knife I bought though is a Proper knife! (Unfortunately) my next, next to last knife is an Ontario Rat 1, same-ish as @Tater&Egg but bigger for my meathooks. Man I hate crawling through interesting posts!

What is the most recent knife you bought?

I have the "low end"(?) version - 154CM and G10 - first thumb stud opener I liked - not for lack of trying mind you, there are more than a few ahead of it. This knife is the perfect (in my pea sized mind) EDC blade only tool. I do so want that M4 version though! I don't care for CF much, but...

    Ruger Carbine

Because I want one? Yep, that's it.
