My friend has a Winchester model 70 post 64 in 243 Winchester. On the barrel it is stamped Winchester Model 70 Light weight 243 Winchester. What type of extractor parts would be needed? The extractor is missing and needs to be replaced.
Remington 722 in 22 Remington used a 1:14 twist. The newer model 700 in 223 use a 1:12 twist. Far as I know the 722 style of action is similar to the Remington 700ADL short action.
Nosler manufactures a standard 55 grain bullet in 224 caliber wich is exported to Australia. They use to sell the overuns through their store but have not done this lately. I read somehwere they were selling them as bulk bullets through other retailers. The Midway Dogtown bullets and the...
Anyone use this type of balance beam scale? I am thinking of getting one because my electronic scales keep going bad. I have a cheap Lyman balance beam but it is only a back up and realy not up to the task for everyday use.

I am thinking of putting a target crown on a Ruger 77 MK II in 6.5X55 SE. Anyone ever put a target crown on one? Also any ideas on how to improve accuracy on one. thanks.
The rifle needs restoration one way or another. But it looks like it will remain a target rifle with most of it's original hardware intact. It needs a new blue job because of rust and a new stock because the original is broken. Staying close to original seems the plan now.
