    New knife.

Well I finally decided to get a new carry knife. I settled on the Glock 81 I have to say I'm impressed with the level of craftmanship and balance on a knife that cost $46 dollars, total with shipping. I got a couple things I like to do before I carry but it looks like this knife will do the...

    A new 9mm which one?

Well I'm a gun collecter and I do use what I have but my wife and I decided to get 2 full size autoloaders to go along with are sub-comps. She currently carries a Taurus PT-111 and I carry a Kel-tec P-11 as well as a Kel-tec P-32. So this is actually for mine as she hasn't even come close to...

Will the 7.5x55 swiss fire safely out of my MAS 1936 (7.5x54 French) rifle? If not is there any conversions I can do myself to have this rifle fire a more common round?

    Buget 300 win mag.

Well I've been looking for a inexpensive 300 win mag for elk hunting. I've been able to narrow it down to these two. What do you think? Weatherby vanguard or a stevens 200.

    A day at the Range.

This is just some pics when I took my mother in law and sister-in-law to the range. This was some of my toys, such as the AR-50, Winchester 94 ranger, Saiga AK and other rifles and handguns you see in the pics as well.

David Spade donates $100K to help fight Mexican Drug Wars!

David Spade donates $100K to help fight Mexican Drug Wars! David Spade doesn’t care. At least that’s what we thought. The former Saturday Night Live comedian has made a career out of playing characters that, frankly, don’t give a damn. From his SNL News broadcasts to his starring roles in...

    Magazine disconect?

I see this on alot of new and some older firearms. To me it is where the sale ends, I see it as a potential problem. I work in Law enforcement and my way of looking at is simple, what if you need to shoot while in the process of reloading? Is this just me or does this not bother most shooter's...

The best powder for Deer hunting.

I live in Florida. I hunt with a Bow when its bow season and a BP rifle the rest of the season (even into turkey season.) The weather in Florida is humid, rains without warning and is a cold that cuts to the bone during hunting season. But it can also be Hot as . I've used several differnt...

    Simple Green degreaser.

I use simple green on my black powder rifles and some of my pistols. Does anybody else do that? I dry them of with my air compressor and rube the internals with WD 40 then dry patch until I get a sleek "Dry" shine. Then I oil the neccessary conponents with a teflon based lube.

Need help deciding on my AR Build.

Alright here's my problem. I have an AR lower stripped, I just got done parkarizing it this past weekend. I originally thought about making it into a 9mm just for fun. But I like the idea of hunting with it as well as using it for home defense. I have a rifle in 7.62x39 already so I figured that...

Funny LEO stories and other stuff.

Police interrogated a suspect by placing a metal colander on his head and connecting it with wires to a photocopy machine. The message "He's lying" was placed in the copier, and police pressed the copy button each time they thought the suspect wasn't telling the truth. Believing the "lie...

    Extreme shock ammo?

Well I know of the claims of this company but I'm not sure it can be trusted yet. I currently use Critical Defense from Hornady but the local gun shop says that Extreme shock is the best thing on the market. Is that true or is it bull. I'm not really willing to buy 6 rounds for 20 buck's to test...
