Anybody have any experience clamping a V3 onto a 686 ? TIA Its my first handload pistol cartridge & need to know fps, Have been loading rifle handloads from 223 to 8mm for several years & love it. ( 686+6" inbound.. )

I was recently given a V1 by a friend who picked up a V3. I picked up some batteries and when I turned it on tonight the language is in Spanish. How do I change it to English? I've checked the manual and their website but neither list anything about this. My friend is currently unavailable...
