Are Rem 700 and Weatherby Vanguard scope Bases the same? everywhere I look it says Rem700/wthby Vanguard so are they the same can I buy one or the other to fit a Vanguard long action it’s a 300 weatherby so I think it’s just a standard long action

I have a Heym SR21 30-06 carbine with right hand action. I’m hoping to mount my Schmidt and Bender 1-6x scope on the SR21. The scope requires 30 mm scope rings. Anyone out there have a set of secondhand scope mounts/rings that'll work for the Heym SR21?

I just purchased a new Model 70 Extreme Weather in .308. The center scope mount holes measure 3.5” (WSM) instead of 3.25” (SA). Is this an issue or do I just need to buy what the gun measures instead of what it “should” be? Thanks

Has anyone used the Nikon A-SERIES rings? Are they decent for the money, they cost about $20. Thought I might try some Burris zee rings as well, but they are double+ the price of the Nikons. Thank you for any info.
