I have a Colt Delta Elite, I usually carry 175grn. Winchester Silver Tips or Hornady 180grn. XTP's. What is your preferred/recommended loading for the 10mm for carry/personal defense. I've heard 155grn bullets offer better stopping power.

I have just added on this caliber to my stock of weapons-a Glock G20. I have carried 9MM, .357Mag.+.45acp. before. This is also a new caliber to me. I have 300+ cases in tumbler now------should be interesting??????? Bill..

I use Georgia Arms 155 grain load. It is a Speer Gold dot at 1375fps. Maybe there are better and hotter loads, but I think it would do fine if needed.

Truthfully though I generally use either one of my 9mm or 45ACP pistols most of the time. The G20 is my woods/hiking gun and has Doubletap 200 grain hardcast bullets at 1300 fps in it anytime I'm in an area with bears.

DoubleTap 200gr hollow points.
