As soon as Hoffman's has them in stock I will post how you people are fools and that it is probably the best gun that they ever made
take your Glock's and throw them in the toilet you haters

I highly doubt those are loaded to the max . Out of a 4 inch pistol
270gr Punch bullet at 1500fps. These two on the left are 300gr Barnes Busters approaching 1400fps. The right two are a 340gr Buffalo Bore 1475fps load on top, 330gr Beartooth LFN at 1350fps on bottom. All fired from a 7½" Super Redhawk.

These are 50yd groups. I've shot plenty of 2"@50yd groups with 4" guns.

I don't go around calling myself an expert but I'd say you have a lot to learn. Unless you comport yourself a little differently, you'll probably have to learn it elsewhere.

Awful hard trying to bench rest that tank in real life hunting in the woods , and I think you fps is wrong for 44 mag , 458 socom pushes those velocities with double the powder

Sir, what the heck are you talking about? I suspect at least half the people in this thread do not own a Glock. I certainly don't, nor do I have any interest in them. I have owned several 10mm autoloaders, all with steel frames and hammers and safeties.

As for the ability of some folks to shoot very small groups at long distances with powerful rounds... that may be a rare ability, but there are absolutely some who possess it. I'm not among them, but they absolutely exist.

I normally don't take a bench to the woods. The bench is for testing and load development. How is that crack even relevant? You're barking up the wrong tree.

I think if you ask, you might get a less terse response. So you think my chronograph is wrong? If you were really some kind of "expert", you might know that the Buffalo Bore 340gr load is +P+ and around 50,000psi. The Grizzly Punch loads just use all of their available 40,000CUP. The Barnes Buster loads are loaded very long, to the bottom crimp groove and with H110 and 300MP to 100% density. The 330gr load comes out of the Hodgdon manual. This is a long way from being the most challenging revolver I have to shoot. The big SRH is really a pussycat to shoot.

I have owned 5 colt deltas and a double eagle since 1988 ,
even cracked a frame on one ,, 1550 fps and 180 bullets and it was a bridge cut frame

You people would say 44 mag doesn't belong in a rifle carbine either

I bend the rules pretty hard - but are these really something that should be said on any forum? Let alone The High Road? Maybe they were just hidden by the oversized pictures, but I'm surprised this kind of thing is still standing :scrutiny:

I can say, knowing what I know of Craig, ANY group I see from him I would doubt are anything other than max or over max loads. As such, I'm not surprised to see the velocities he's stating, and don't doubt them in the least.

Only 7 posts to his credit, all in this thread, join date post creation of this thread, and 5 of his 7 posts contain personal attacks, either aimed at Craig or at the larger group... Trolls suck.
