Would make a good test bed for over max 10mm AR loads. Just saying.
270gr Punch bullet at 1500fps. These two on the left are 300gr Barnes Busters approaching 1400fps. The right two are a 340gr Buffalo Bore 1475fps load on top, 330gr Beartooth LFN at 1350fps on bottom. All fired from a 7½" Super Redhawk.I highly doubt those are loaded to the max . Out of a 4 inch pistol
I don't go around calling myself an expert but I'd say you have a lot to learn. Unless you comport yourself a little differently, you'll probably have to learn it elsewhere....but you people don't know ****
...I will post how you people are fools...
As soon as Hoffman's has them in stock I will post how you people are fools and that it is probably the best gun that they ever made
take your Glock's and throw them in the toilet you haters
I normally don't take a bench to the woods. The bench is for testing and load development. How is that crack even relevant? You're barking up the wrong tree.Awful hard trying to bench rest that tank in real life hunting in the woods...
I think if you ask, you might get a less terse response. So you think my chronograph is wrong? If you were really some kind of "expert", you might know that the Buffalo Bore 340gr load is +P+ and around 50,000psi. The Grizzly Punch loads just use all of their available 40,000CUP. The Barnes Buster loads are loaded very long, to the bottom crimp groove and with H110 and 300MP to 100% density. The 330gr load comes out of the Hodgdon manual. This is a long way from being the most challenging revolver I have to shoot. The big SRH is really a pussycat to shoot....I think you fps is wrong for 44 mag , 458 socom pushes those velocities with double the powder
You people would say 44 mag doesn't belong in a rifle carbine either
